Biography
Jacques Ducrot began playing in jazz orchestras at a very young age. After starting as an autodidact, he perfected his skills with Raymond Graisier, as well as at the Jazz and Contemporary Music Schools of Chambéry (APEJS) and Paris (CIM). He joined the famous Genevan formation Dry Throat Fellows with whom he performed in numerous European concerts and festivals. Subsequently, he played in the swing orchestra 30’s Buddies as well as in many other orchestras. Jacques Ducrot also performs in various musical styles, such as rock, African music, or soul music.
