The Fats Boys & Rhythm
About The Fats Boys & Rhythm
A vibrant tribute to the genius of Fats Waller is set to make you swing. As their name mischievously suggests, the "Fats Boys" celebrate the legacy of the legendary New York pianist by performing his most iconic themes, marked by brilliant humor and creativity. For this event, the original trio expands and transforms into a full six-piece band.
With the addition of an extra horn player and a reinforced rhythm section, the group unleashes a unique richness of sound, blending bright brass, swinging strings, and traditional percussion. They offer a musical journey that will also explore the immortal standards of other jazz giants, such as Louis Armstrong and Jelly Roll Morton.
An opportunity to savor the charm of classic jazz in a welcoming venue on November 20, 2026.
