By accessing the Rive Jazzy Festival website, the user accepts these Terms without reservation. Rive Jazzy reserves the right to modify them at any time.

The Site is intended for private use. Any commercial exploitation is prohibited without authorization. All content (images, logos, program) is protected by intellectual property rights.
3. Liability
Use is at the user’s own risk. Rive Jazzy disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of the Site, within the limits of Swiss law.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The legal venue is the seat of the Festival.
Contests: Terms of Participation
Participation is open to adults residing in Switzerland. Prizes are not convertible into cash. All decisions are final.
